If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have 14 days from receipt of the piece to inform us of your wish to return it.

You may arrange the return by sending the piece to our premises via courier or post, with the customer bearing the return shipping costs.

To process the return, you must send us the piece in perfect condition and in its original packaging, including the certification in perfect condition. If the piece is received damaged or altered, no refund will be issued.

Once we receive the piece, we will issue a new gemological certificate and, after verifying that everything is correct, we will refund the full amount paid within 14 days from the date the withdrawal is communicated, deducting the return shipping costs if these were arranged by Urbieta.

All refunds will be made using the same method selected for the purchase.

Returns will not be accepted for Originals pieces, or for any piece that has been engraved, personalised, or resized.

Returns will not be accepted for pieces purchased through private sales or private appointments; only an exchange will be permitted within the month following the purchase, for another piece of equal or higher value, paying the difference by bank transfer.

The previous paragraph will also apply to rings purchased online if we have not received any communication regarding resizing after 14 calendar days from the purchase.

Pieces purchased following an exchange may not be returned or exchanged under any circumstances.
