Sizing and Shipping

All our rings can be resized, and the adjustment is included in the price as long as it falls within the range indicated in the description, except for Originals pieces, which will be crafted to the requested size.

Only in a few exceptional cases will adjustments not be possible, and this will be indicated in the item description.

If a size adjustment outside the range indicated on the website is required, we will need to analyze whether it is possible and, if so, a special adjustment fee will be charged.

For any piece, you can indicate your size in the comments when making the purchase, or via email or Instagram message at any time after the purchase.

If you do not know your size, you can provide the exact diameter of a piece that fits you well by measuring it with a tape measure or ruler, and we will replicate the indicated diameter in our workshop for your Urbieta piece. At the bottom of this page, you will find the equivalence between diameter and size.

Except for Originals pieces, which have a delivery time of one month (excluding the month of August), we aim to have the piece ready within twelve to fourteen business days from the moment we receive the size for adjustment.

Resizing an antique or vintage piece is a task that can be complex. When we start, we don’t know what we’re going to find, and on many occasions it’s a laborious job that takes many hours and requires a lot of enthusiasm to be able to adapt it correctly to the desired size.
Although we usually manage to finish the work before twelve business days, sometimes it will take longer and we will keep you informed of the process.

Once the piece is finished, we will send it to the indicated address via insured express courier with guaranteed delivery within 24/48 business hours in Mainland Spain, 48/72 business hours in the Balearic Islands and rural areas, and 2-4 business days in the rest of the European Union; in all cases from the moment the piece leaves our facilities.

In the case of size reductions, the remaining metal is not returned, just as no additional charge is made for the extra metal used in size increases.

For shipments to the Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla, shipping costs are included in all cases, but IGIC (Canary Islands) or IPSI (Ceuta and Melilla) taxes, as well as any customs fees, are not included and must be paid to the shipping company performing the customs clearance upon receipt of the piece. Only for Originals pieces will VAT be refunded by issuing a VAT-exempt invoice prior to shipping.

Size adjustment can also be performed after the piece has been shipped at any time; you simply need to purchase the ‘Shipping for Resizing’ in the Workshop section within our ‘Pieces’ category. The day after the purchase, we will collect the piece from the indicated address, begin the adjustment work, and ship it back once resized.

Finally, if you have made a mistake with the size and need a readjustment, you can also purchase the readjustment for white gold or other metals in the Workshop section of our ‘Pieces’ category, including for Originals pieces.
