If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have a period of 14 days from receipt of the piece to inform us of your desire to return it.  

You can process the return by sending the piece to our facilities by courier or mail, assuming the customer the return shipping costs.

To proceed with the return, you will have to send us the piece in perfect condition and in its original packaging, including the certification in perfect condition. In case of receiving the piece damaged or modified, we will not proceed with the return.

Once we receive the piece, we will proceed to issue a new gemological certificate, and after verifying that everything is correct, we will proceed to refund the full amount paid within 14 days after the withdrawal is communicated, subtracting the return shipping costs if Urbieta has managed it.

All returns will be made by the same method chosen to make the purchase.

No returns will be accepted for Originals pieces, or any engraved, personalized or size-adjusted piece. 

The pieces purchased physically in private sales or private appointments, or in any online purchase when more than 14 calendar days have passed since the online purchase without having received communication of the size of adjustment, the return will not be accepted and only the exchange of the piece for another of the same size will be allowed.
